Delivery takes 1-2weeks (Asia), 2-4 weeks (Europe, America, ROW)
An upgrade to DHL EXPRESS shipping is also available.

RETURNS & REFUND
Returns and full refunds are not accepted unless the product has been defected from the delivery. In case of LOST or DAMAGE from the delivery, proof must be sent within 3 days after the package arrive, we will RESHIP the new package to your address once we are notified.
House Plants
SHIPPING
We ship our plants with sphagnum moss, we provide a free Photo Certificate. The Express EMS World shipping costs $49.99, the delivery will take 4-8 days.**A slight delay are expected during the pandemic situation.
There is an option to upgrade to an Express Plant Courier Service, with an additional charge. It will take only 2-3 days.
RETURNS & REFUND
Please understand that the plants have been travelling across the globe, a slight damage could happen and they will need some time to recover after it's long journey. It is normal for the plants to have drooping leafs, leaf burn, etc.
Returns and full refunds are not accepted.
In case when the plants arrived dead or the roots and the stems are fully rotten (an unboxing video is required), there are two options for the claim, please select one or another
1) A Partial Refund. 50% refund if the plants arrived dead (or a 20% refund if the plants didn't make it through their first week of recovery)
or
2) A Compensation Plant. In case the plants arrived dead, a new plant will be granted together with your next order with a minimum of $100.
